Important FAQs for Online Classes
Booking
All classes must be booked in advance. You will receive an instant confirmation email with the login link. Please keep this email safe, maybe create an 'online class' folder. If it is not in your inbox please do check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find the email, please WhatsApp me on +44 (0)7951 909 540. I do not check my email when the class is about to begin.
Cancelling
You can reschedule until 10 minutes before the start of the class. You cannot cancel, I am afraid.
You can view or reschedule your classes by signing up and login into your account via the button at the top left. I will no longer be able to manage the amount of admin it involves. It is not difficult, you can do it!
Paying
You can pay by credit card or via PayPal. Using your credit card incurs fewer charges for me.
Internet
If your internet connection is weak, try to switch off your video. It is more important that you stay online and not drop off, as long as you can see me. Often, connecting your device via an Ethernet cable to your modem works better than WiFi.
