Terms & Conditions for Holistic Ballet Classes, Workshops, Courses, and Private Lessons
By making a payment for one or more workshop(s), course(s) or private lesson(s) you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:
Bookings
Your place in a workshop is confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledgement of it has been sent.
Early bird rates apply if payment is received by the date stated on the Holistic Ballet website.
Cancellation Policy for Online Classes
If you cancel or reschedule less than 10 minutes before your class (48 hours for private lessons) the full price of your class will be charged.
If you miss the class altogether, you will have the opportunity to watch the recording for six days post-class.
Subscriptions are non-refundable.
You cannot cancel but only reschedule online classes up to 10 minutes before the class.
Private lessons can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. If they were paid via credit card or PayPal, the transaction fees are non-refundable.
If Holistic Ballet cancels, you will receive a full refund or credit to your account.
If you have problems signing in or cannot find the class link, you must check your account under 'My bookings' or contact Holistic Ballet via WhatsApp or text message at (+44) (0) 7951 909 549. Any other means of communication may not be checked on the day of the class.
You take part in the classes at your own risk. Holistic Ballet does not take responsibility for any injuries that may occur.
Cancellation Policy for Ballet Retreats (3-7 days)
If you wish to withdraw from a ballet retreat you will be refunded subject to the clauses listed below:

100% minus £3.00 admin fee if you give notice up to 30 days before the start of the retreat

50% if you cancel 14-29 days before the start of the retreat

no refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the retreat

no refund if you drop out during the retreat
In cases of medical reasons that prohibit attendance and a medical certificate is provided, you will receive a full refund minus 15% (of the full price) administration fee.
Cancellation Policy for 3+ hours Workshops, Courses, and Intensives
If you wish to withdraw from a workshop you will be refunded subject to the clauses listed below:

100% minus £3.00 admin fee if you give notice up to 22 days before the start of the workshop, course, intensive

50% if you cancel 14-21 days before the start of the workshop, course, or intensive

no refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the workshop, course, or intensive

no refund if you drop out during the workshop, course, or intensive
In cases of medical reasons that prohibit attendance and a medical certificate is provided, you will receive a full refund minus 15% (of the full price) administration fee.
Cancellation Policy for Special Classes, Courses and Workshops less than 3 hours
If you cancel

up to 15 days before the workshop you will be reimbursed 100% minus the PayPal or credit card transaction fee (2%+ 0.30 GBP)

less than 14 days before the workshop, you will be reimbursed minus a 15% admin fee.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the workshop, you will be charged 100%.
In the unlikely event that the Holistic Ballet has to cancel the workshop, you will be notified as quickly as possible and you will be reimbursed.
Classes may be cancelled at short notice if there are not enough participants. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy for Private Lessons
If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your lesson, the full price of your lesson will be charged. If you arrive late, your lesson will be shortened. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your lesson, you will receive a full refund minus the PayPal or credit card transaction fee (2%+ 0.30 GBP)
Injuries
You are taking the workshop at your own risk. The organiser will not be held responsible for any injury that may occur.
Media
Photos and videos may be taken at any time during classes, workshops, courses, intensives, retreats, etc. that can be published online and on the Holistic Ballet social media platforms.
You may take pictures and short videos for your own purposes. If you publish any, do mention or hashtag Holistic Ballet.
