Guest Teaching And Workshops
Guest Teaching Availability
With more than 25 years of teaching experience and a background as a professional ballet dancer, I offer guest teaching that is structured, precise and responsive to each setting. My work is grounded in classical technique, functional anatomy and psychological understanding, holistic without being vague.
Each engagement is tailored. I work with those who are present in the studio, recognising that each group of dancers is unique, with different bodies, challenges and objectives. This individual responsiveness sits within my own developed approach of Holistic Ballet, which provides clear structure, consistency and technical integrity.
Offers range from single classes to half-day intensives, multi-day workshops and ongoing coaching.

I prioritise joint preparation, clean alignment and musical clarity without unnecessary embellishment. Where appropriate, I integrate tools from my therapeutic background to support focus, confidence and nervous system regulation.

Approach I specialise in demystifying ballet technique. Students are guided to understand what they are doing, why they are doing it and how to practise safely. I place particular emphasis on hip preparation, alignment and progressive load. My background as a therapist supports students dealing with pressure, comparison and fear of judgement.
What I offer • Technique classes • Pointe preparation and pointe work • Conditioning and anatomy informed sessions • Audition and performance mindset coaching • Workshops combining physical and mental skills

Approach Adult dancers benefit from clarity, structure and respect for their bodies and life experience. My teaching maintains classical standards while adapting pacing and preparation. Psychological safety is central. Students are supported to feel competent, informed and confident rather than rushed or judged.
What I offer • Beginner to advanced ballet classes • Themed workshops • Technique refreshers • Conditioning for dancers • Confidence and performance support
Mental Wellbeing Support
Alongside my dance career, I work as a qualified hypnotherapist and Internal Family Systems practitioner. This allows me to support dancers not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. Sessions and workshops can include elements addressing performance anxiety, self-trust, focus and recovery from setbacks, always integrated appropriately within a dance context.
I work online or in person; short-term and multi-day formats can be discussed. If you are not familiar with my teaching, you can watch my tutorials on my YouTube channel.
