Join us for the Autumn Intensive 2026, where we immerse ourselves in studying the iconic ballet Serenade, George Balanchine's first full-length ballet in America in 1935, for the students of his newly formed School of American Ballet.
Experience the captivating music by Tchaikovsky that brings these graceful movements to life, as each note resonates with the beauty and elegance of the performance. Feel the synchronicity and vulnerability, conveying a range of emotions from grace to longing.
This intensive promises to elevate your skills and improve your technique and artistry, and give you a sense of rehearsing with other adult dancers.

What To Expect
Together with other enthusiastic amateur dancers, you are going to experience a rehearsal situation similar to that in a professional ballet company. You will get the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the choreography before the intensive through the pre-study video I create for you.
You are going to practise:
• learning choreography
• portraying emotions through movements
• dancing in synchronicity
