About the class
A concise pointe session designed for adult dancers with a good ballet foundation. The focus is on barre work, foot articulation, alignment, and strength. Calm, precise, and challenging.
You can attend live together or separately. The recording is available to both of you for six days, so timing does not need to be romantic or coordinated.
