Summer Video Programme

Once you subscribed, you will access the videos via this page.

Between 24th July and 6th August 2024, you can subscribe to one or both Summer Video Programmes. A subscription is valid for one week and included in your one-week or four-week subscriptions if they cover this time period. Otherwise, the cost is £24 per programme and you can subscribe from the 24th of July onwards. When you subscribe, you can choose your starting date.

The last day to subscribe to Programme I is the 26th of July.

The last day to subscribe to Programme II is the 2nd of August.

I took great care to put together a programme that would serve you well whilst my live online classes are paused. With ballet, pilates, and stretch classes to choose from, as well as two bonus classes for each programme.

You can mix and match and you can do only part of each class if you do not want to spend too much time exercising.

Holistic Ballet Programme I
