• Cancellations must be made via email.
• If cancelled more than 60 days before the event, a 20% cancellation fee applies.
• If cancelled 30-60 days before the event, a 50% fee applies.
• For cancellations less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be provided.
• If cancelled after access to a pre-study video has been provided, a £20 fee applies.
