This workshop is about helping dancers to enhance their strength, flexibility, and overall performance.
In addition to highly effective pilates exercises, we'll be incorporating movements from yoga and Gyrotonic® to create classes tailored specifically for dancers.
You'll learn how to release tension, improve joint mobilisation, and strengthen your core and back – all essential for safe and effective dance training.
Plus, we'll explore how your breath impacts your movements and mindset.

Yoga mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
