Once I received your payment, I will send you the password for the video tutorials (below), so you can prepare ahead of the Intensive. You can already download the PDFs with the transcripts of the choreographies.
Programme*: 30 min warm up at the barre | 90 min study of choreography and performance skills (2 hrs 30 min Saturday ), 1-hour deep stretching (Saturday)
The beginner lever piece at this year's Holistic Ballet's Autumn Intensive will be Études, a ballet by the Danish dancer and choreographer Harald Lander, premiered by the Royal Danish Ballet in 1948.

The more advanced students are going to work on Odette's variation from Swan Lake, act 2. It is a great piece to work on because it addresses so many different aspects:
• style • adage • balance • jumps • turns
It is said it is one of the most difficult variations. However, we will practise a shortened version of it.

As always, I am providing you with transcript PDFs and video tutorials so you can learn the choreography ahead of the workshop. I do not expect you to know the steps by heart in advance but the better an idea you have about the steps, the more you can work on the details and artistry.
